We are looking for a Supported Living Manager (16-18) to join an outstanding provider of children’s residential care. The home itself is located in (Bedford, Bedfordshire).

Salary Banding: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Requirements:


  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within supported accommodation or children’s residential services.
  • A relevant Level 4 qualification (e.g. Health & Social Care or Children’s Residential Care).
  • Ideally hold or be working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in working with care leavers and semi-independent settings.
